Topics will include: an overview of agritourism in Virginia; agritourism safety, insurance, and liability; and Virginia agritourism legislative updates. Chat with local agritourism business owners to learn from their successes (and occasional failures). Meet local agritourism partners: Virginia Tourism Corporation and local tourism development staff, Surry County Planning and Zoning experts, Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services staff, and Virginia Cooperative Extension staff.
